At CRI8 Studio, we have carefully built a fantastic team by hand-selecting senior Architects and Technologists with extensive experience and knowledge across all RIBA Stages. Each member of our senior team is confident in client-facing roles, providing clear communication, trusted advice, and strong leadership throughout the life of every project.

We place great importance on accountability, ensuring that those leading our projects take ownership of outcomes, decisions, and delivery from concept through to completion. Alongside their technical expertise, our senior staff are committed to mentoring and developing younger team members, sharing knowledge and fostering the next generation of design professionals within a supportive studio environment.
